Ribariće & Gazivode Lake
The long, emerald reservoir at Ribariće (Gazivode) lies under the Rogozna hills about an hour south of the city, its clean water winding between steep forested banks.
Why it matters
It is the region's summer playground — swimming, boats, kayaks and quiet coves — and simply one of the most beautiful drives from Novi Pazar, the water an improbable blue-green against the mountains.
